that's not a vintage xmas elf. it's part of a book series made popular for the past few years- called elf on a shelf. google it!!!
I'm not going to Google it. It's a vintage elf, just like the ones my grandma put out each holiday. If someone had a book series, kudos for them; but the elves in my collection are far older than that.
